What would you say to John green if you met him?

I did meet him actually, so I can answer this question knowing exactly what I would say. I went to the 2012 Tour de Nerdfighting in New York City and I was wearing a The Great Gatsby t-shirt. John was like “I have the same t-shirt” and I couldn’t think of anything to say to that, so I was so of like “oh really?” then exploded with awkwardness and said “I’m from Canada and I took the over-night bus from Toronto all by myself just to be here.” And he was like “Oh, wow. I hope you’re not leaving right after this” and I explained that I was doing the tourist thing for another day then leaving the next night. And then he said he hoped it was worth coming all this way and that I actually liked the book. And I think I said I was sure I would and that it had definitely been worth the trip. If I met him again I’d probably be equally awkward and nervous.
